Is there a free trial or self-signup?
HeroCloud workspaces are set up by our team or by your workspace admin: there is no public self-signup. Pick a plan and we create your workspace; your admin then invites the team by e-mail.
How does the phone system work?
Every user gets an extension. Calls run in the browser (WebRTC) or in the HeroCloud desktop app for Windows, over our own telephony stack with carrier-grade SIP trunks. Calls are logged on the record automatically, recorded where you allow it, and transcribed and summarised by AI.
What are AI credits?
The AI assistant, call transcripts and summaries draw from a monthly credit allowance included in your plan (1,000 / 5,000 / 25,000 credits). Admins can buy more credits in the settings; nothing is charged without explicit confirmation.
Can I run several companies or brands?
Yes. HeroCloud is multi-tenant: one login can belong to several workspaces, each with its own data, users, roles, branding and plan, isolated at the database level (Postgres row-level security).
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes, once your workspace admin has invited your Google e-mail address. You can also sign in with your username or e-mail and password.
Browser or desktop app?
Both. After signing in you choose where to open HeroCloud. The desktop app adds a native phone, notifications and remembers your last layout, window and workspace.
